These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By using our website and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Terms of sale define the procedures for ordering, paying, delivering, returning and complaining about goods offered on our website.

– The buyer is person that uses Infomaas webshop, selects at least one product, puts it in the basket, pays with a credit card or by using bank transfer, and sends the order to the seller.

– Retail prices are shown with VAT. VAT will be visible when you fill your Cart, or during checkout.

– The value of goods is expressed in Euro (EUR).

Our website offers a range of computers and accessories for sale.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the specified price.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order, and we will inform you of our decision via email or phone call.

Reservation of goods

By placing the product in the shopping cart, it is not considered reserved. The product is reserved for the customer only after the order has been successfully placed.

Payment methods

Unless otherwise stated, the prices shown are retail prices for goods with VAT included. The address for the delivery of the goods and the address for the delivery of the invoice do not have to be the same.

If the payment is transactional, we will provide you with a quote when we receive your enquiry, and you will then follow the quote’s instructions to make the payment.

If you pay by bank card, follow the instructions on the webshop. After a successful purchase, you will receive a payment confirmation to your email address.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery cost is defined by country where the goods are delivered and by the weight of the goods. Infomaas delivers goods only to European Union.

We rely on trusted partner for shipping, Mail Boxes Etc (MBE), that has over 2800 global Business Centres. MBE system offers value-added services which enable us to operate more efficiently, offering full logistics solutions.

Processing and sending shipments

If the order is received by 1 pm on a working day, the order is processed the same day. In case the order is received after 1 pm, the order is processed next working day.

Refund and return policy

Information on the webshop’s policies regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds can be found on Refund and return policy page. Clear guidelines help our customers feel confident about their purchase.

All products purchased at the Infomaas have a two-year warranty. The warranty card is an integral part of the delivery of the ordered product to the customer. The customer is obliged, at his own risk and responsibility, to keep the warranty card and invoice for the entire warranty period. The invoice and warranty card are the only documents with which the customer can exercise his rights.

We accept complaints with the attached invoice and warranty card as the only proof of purchase. Without the attached invoice, we will not be able to issue a refund.

The possibility of returning goods

Our product refund policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Software

We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return.

There is a certain situation where only a partial refund is granted, for items that is not in its original condition, damaged or has a missing parts, not damaged by Infomaas personnel.


Some manufacturers provide extended warranties on their products, but Infomaas d.o.o. has no control over the extended warranty.

Infomaas employees make maximum efforts to keep the information on the web store pages up-to-date and correct, but the seller cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of all displayed information about products and services. Objections and praises
